Ingredients:
* 1 cup (380g) frummy strawberry Greek yogurt
* 1 tablespoon chia seeds
* 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
* 4 walnuts
* 1 ripe banana
* 4 ice cubes

Gather all the ingredients and place them on your workspace
Step 1
Peel the ripe banana/frozen bananas and break it into chunks for easier blending.
Step 2
In a blender, add the frummy strawberry Greek yogurt, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and the chopped banana chunks.
Step 3
Drop in the ice cubes as well to make the smoothie cold and refreshing. Put the lid on the blender securely.
Step 4
Blend all the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If you find the mixture is too thick, you can add a little water or milk to reach your desired consistency.
Step 5
Once everything is well blended, turn off the blender and Pour the strawberry banana smoothie into serving glasses. You can garnish the smoothie with a fresh strawberry or banana slice if you like.
