DELIVERY POLICY

Welcome to Frummy Foods! We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please read our Delivery Policy carefully to understand your rights and what you can expect from us.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we offer delivery services to the following locations: Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, and Kharar.

Currency and Payment

We use Indian Rupees as the currency for all transactions on our website. Your payment will be processed in your local currency at the applicable exchange rates.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of placing your order, we will notify you promptly, and a full refund will be issued using the original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping and handling may vary depending on the product’s characteristics, packaging, size, volume, type, and other factors. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout window. For orders above Rs. 500 (Rupees five hundred only), you will be eligible for free shipping.

Handling Time

We usually process and dispatch products within one day from the time of order placement. Our goal is to process and dispatch your products at the earliest.

Estimated Delivery Time

The delivery time depends on the specific product ordered and the location of delivery. The approximate delivery time will be mentioned on the product details page or displayed at the checkout window. Please note that the delivery time is indicative and may vary due to external factors.

Local Delivery

For customers in Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, and Kharar, we offer instant local delivery service, usually within 24 hours from the time of order.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer delivery services to locations outside India.

Restrictions

Please be aware that some items may not be eligible for delivery to certain geographical locations. You will be notified of any restricted items at the checkout page or before making your purchase.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that all shipping information and contact details you provide are accurate, complete, and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. If you enter incorrect shipping information or contact details, it may cause a delay or missed delivery, and you will not be eligible for a reshipment or refund for such transaction.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. If, due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from our side, we are unable to ship or deliver your order, the order will be considered canceled, and the amount paid by you will be refunded.
  2. We will not process returns or refunds if you have ordered the wrong product model, color, or incorrect product or service.
  3. For qualifying returns, we will refund the full amount, excluding the original shipping and handling charges.
  4. Return and refund requests will only be considered once the customer concerned provides relevant documents and proof.
  5. The product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, along with any packaging and other items that were received with the product.

Product Replacement

If the product was delivered in a defective condition or has physical damage, you can request a replacement within 6 (six) hours of receipt of the product. We will organize to repair the damaged product, collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, or provide a refund, provided that you contact us within the specified time frame.

Rules of Returning the Product

  1. The request for cancellation of the products can be made by sending an email to info@frummyfoods.com along with the order details and the issue faced.
  2. The product should be returned in its original packaging.
  3. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during the return transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the product properly to prevent any damage during transit.
  4. Upon receiving your return request, we will verify the request, and if found genuine, we will arrange for a pick-up of the product through an assigned logistics service provider.

Coupon Terms & Conditions

  1. Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Frummy Foods reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
  2. The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.
  3. Coupons may only be used on www.frummyfoods.com and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by www.frummyfoods.com. Coupons are not valid on products sold by third-party sellers or other e-commerce websites.
  4. Coupons are limited to one coupon per customer.
  5. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

Changes to this Policy

Please note that we may change the terms of this Policy from time to time. Every time you wish to use our website, please check the Policy to understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time. By continuing to use the Services after the changes come into effect, you indicate your agreement to be bound by the new Policy.

Refund & Cancellation – Returns & Exchange Policy

www.frummyfoods.com does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.

www.frummyfoods.com will accept the exchange of sold products subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Exchange requests will be entertained only if the products received by the buyer are damaged or expired.
  2. The buyer must inform www.frummyfoods.com of their intention to exchange the broken products within 2 hours of receipt of the goods at their shipping address.
  3. Damaged goods should be sent to “Frummy Foods” only after receiving written email consent from www.frummyfoods.com.
  4. All replacements will be made after the returned shipment of the product is received by Frummy Foods. The courier charges for returning the damaged cases will be borne by “Frummy Foods.”
  5. Return orders are to be sent back to the address from where they were dispatched and confirmed from www.frummyfoods.com.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:

  1. If the order is prepaid.
  2. If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.

No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 7-10 business days.

The amount will be refunded in the customer’s mode of payment.

No returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that they don’t like it after delivery or feel the product doesn’t match their expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer.
  2. Non-availability of the recipient at the mentioned address and/or premises.
  3. Refusal to accept products.
  4. Delivered at the place/to the person specifically mentioned by the customer other than the customer himself.
  5. Force majeure event.
